Your client view and company links
A private link to your guest list: who has replied, their answers, and an Excel download. One link per company or dealer when guests come from several, each showing only its own people.

What you see
We can give you a private link to your guest list. It shows who has replied and how, and the answers they gave, such as dietary needs.
You can correct a guest’s details there yourself, for example a misspelt name or a new mobile number, and download the list as an Excel file at any time. It shows the latest replies each time you open it.
One link per company
If your guests come from several companies, dealers or branches, we can give each one its own link that shows only their own people. No company can see another’s guests, and their download contains only their own list.
The company each guest belongs to comes from the Company column on your guest list, so please fill it in when you’d like separate links.
Sharing safely
Anyone who has a link can see those guests’ details, so please don’t forward it beyond the people it’s meant for. Every link can be switched off whenever you ask, and we can issue a new one if a link has gone further than it should.
